Τα πρώτα συμπεράσματα φανερώνουν ότι το εργαλείο χρηματοδότησης συγκέντρωσε υψηλό ενδιαφέρον από την πλευρά των επιχειρήσεων, χωρίς όμως να συνοδεύεται από προτάσεις υψηλής εμπορικής προστιθέμενης αξίας σε διεθνές επίπεδο.
