The session will target researchers/scientists-wannabe-entrepreneurs, i.e. people working in universities/research units/SMEs that want to understand if their research has a business potential and will explain them how to turn their research project into a successful start-up/spin-off company.
Proposals need to be submitted by 10 February 2015. The selected SME’s will be invited to the first instruction call by 20 February .
10 projects will be selected and the 4 final candidates will have the opportunity to pitch their projects in front of a group of investors and get mentored.
Mind the Bridge Foundation will sponsor the participation to the Mind the Bridge Startup School, a 3 week acceleration program in San Francisco (http://school.mindthebridge.org/ ), for the best project presented during the Gym session.
