The National Academy for Public Administration is the central training institution for professional development of civil servants in Serbia and, as of this year, welcomes participants from the private sector, as well. The Academy operates a modern, well-equipped training center in Belgrade and manages an e-learning platform offering more than 150 online courses, and m-learning application.
Since its establishment in 2018, the Academy has trained over 143,000 participants through various learning formats, including webinars, classroom-based training, and self-paced online courses. It collaborates with more than 700 accredited trainers. Our team of 40 employees includes andragogy professionals who design training curriculum each year covering more than 600 topics across diverse areas of professional and personal development. The team also includes specialists dedicated to the development of online training content.
Despite its relatively small size team, the Academy has the capacity to organize approximately 50 real-time training per month.
National academy for public administration has a strong background in developing online courses across a wide range of topics, including IT skills and digital competencies. Within the Digital Europe Programme, NAPA is seeking partners with experience in coordinating or participating in EU-funded projects. It is open to cooperation with public sector bodies, educational institutions, and organisations engaged in the development of AI tools and digital skills.
