Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality aims to institutionally integrate digitalisation and data-driven governance across core municipal service areas such as disaster management, decision support systems, public relations, and environmental
management. In this context, the Z-Kayseri artificial intelligence application is positioned as an innovative digital interface that enables citizens to access municipal services, processes, and open data sets quickly, transparently, and efficiently through natural language interaction.

Within the scope of the current call, it is envisaged that the Z-Kayseri application will be strengthened with Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) capabilities. These enhancements will include multilingual natural language processing, contextual question-and-answer mechanisms, personalised service guidance, automated analysis of citizen feedback, and predictive insights related to public service delivery.
Through these developments, Z-Kayseri will evolve from a conventional information-provision tool into an interactive, decision-support-oriented digital public assistant.
