We hereby inform you that the final Manual of the Management and Control
System (MCS) of the Cooperation Programme Interreg Greece-Italy VI-A
2021-2027 has been completed, the structure of which is the following:
1. OF.I: SELECTION AND APPROVAL OF PROJECTS
2. OF.II: MONITORING AND VERIFICATION OF OPERATIONS
3. OF.III: FINANCIAL CORRECTIONS RECOVERIES REPORTING OF IRREGULARITIES
4. OF.IV: FUNDING OPERATIONS, PAYMENT REQUESTS, ANNUAL ACCOUNTS,
PAYMENT CLAIMS
5. OF.V: MANAGEMENT OF RISKS
6. MCS DOCUMENTS APPLICABLE TO MULTIPLE PROCEDURES
The following should be noted:
1. The procedures for the launching of Calls and for the selection and
approval of operations have already been approved by the Monitoring
Committee of Greece-Italy Programme, in accordance with Article 22 of the EU
Regulation 2021/1059.
2. Regarding the procedures for management verifications, prior
consultation has been held with the National Authority of Italy, in
accordance with Article 46 of the EU Regulation 2021/1059.
