The event “Gender Challenges in Academia” is carried out in the framework of the project "Multiplying the Impact of EURAXESS Hubs - ERA TALENT" implemented by the University of the Aegean as a member of the EURAXESS Hub “Researcher careers in Academia”, which aims to enhance the skills and support the professional career of researchers through training, cooperation and networking actions. The project focuses on the dissemination of best practices and the development of new tools to enhance research opportunities in the European Research Area (ERA).
