The European Commission is organising a 'Questions and Answers Webinar' for active players of the startup ecosystem interested about more details on the HORIZON 2020 Web Entrepreneurship Specific Challenge.
Within this call the challenge is to create an environment in Europe that encourages more web entrepreneurs to start a business in Europe and grow internationally. The focus of this topic is on entrepreneurs who use web and mobile technologies as main components in their innovation.
The services, to be provided by accelerators, coworking spaces, investors, crowdfunding platforms, tech blogs and other players from the startup ecosystem, should help promising web startups to launch a business in Europe and scale up internationally.
The total budget allocated is €10M, for several projects. The deadline for submission is 23 April 2014.
During the webinar, European Commission responsible officials of the call, will go through the questions raised by the participants and provide concrete answers.
