H2020-SC1-BHC-23-2018: SME specialized in ICT needed

Postby Natalia García Mozo (DE00069) - Active » 14 Feb 2018 11:22

Dear colleagues,

an European consortium lead by German Universities is looking for a SME / Manufacturer able to combine monitoring modules,
self-assessment instruments and graphic- and vocal-user interfaces into a generic medical product.

The aim of the project "PaSma" (Palliative Smart Home) is to create a smart home for palliative patients to enable quality of living and prevention of crisis. Multimodel monitoring fuels learning algorithms, which interact with patients, next of kin and health care providers.  A medical product manufacturer is needed to complete the consortium to integrate technology, modules and algorithms in a complete medical system to be tested in an ambulatory setting.

The profile is already submitted to be approved in POD and for forther information don't hesitate to contact me. For concrete expressions of interest, please do it with the attached template.

Internal Deadline:18.03.2018
Call deadline: 18.04.2018

Thanks in advance for your support and best regards

client, the Innovation Center of Contactless Technologies – Internet of Things – Cluster and Expertise Centre is eager to join a consortium for the ICT-02 and/or 06 calls.

Please find more information about the cluster here under and don't hesitate to let m eknow if any of you clients, coordinating or taking part in a consortium are interested.

Name of the calls 2018-2020 :
DT-ICT-02-2018
DT-ICT-06-2018

Organization description and link to the H2020 calls:
The Innovation Centre of Contactless Technologies (CITC EuraRFID) is a non-profit organization located in Lille (Northern France). It was created in January 2009 and is supported by the Hauts-de-France Regional Council, the French Government and the Métropole Européenne de Lille (MEL).

The CITC-EuraRFID brings together the contactless technology skills and the existing experimentation platforms in the North of France and the Euro regions (Belgium, UK, Netherlands, Germany...) and is backed by over 250 members and partners.

It is a centre for resources, experimentations and technical expertise in terms of identification, traceability, mobility and geolocation, which aims to develop an ecosytem specialized in the Internet of Things. The CITC-EuraRFID has been labeled “Technology Resources Center” (CRT) in January 2016 for the duration of 3 years.

It supports the appropriation of standardized and innovative solutions regarding contactless technologies (RFID, NFC, Zigbee, 6LowPan, BlueTooth, LPWAN, etc.) that have been identified among the most important technologies for the 21st century, along with the development of new activities with high potential (Smart Home, Smart Factory with a cobotic demonstrator, Smart Grid, Smart Cities, Smart Health, etc.)

Since March 2015, CITC is also involved in the Alliance for Internet of Things Innovation (AIOTI).
CITC also have a thourough experience  in the preparation of workshops and conferences, organising every year the IOT WEEK (http://iotweek.fr/).

Already with a hub dynamic experience due to its main activity, sharing expertise and supporting the growth of over 110 businesses each year, the CITC is interested in joining a consortium under the  DT ICT 02 and/or the DT ICT 06 calls.  It is interested in bringing its expertise, ecosystem and specialisation (communication technologies expertise between robots, between sensors, etc.) and in exploiting synergies and complementarities with other similar European organisations.

More details on thei website: https://www.citc-eurarfid.com/

Expertise offered (relevant to the topics)
The CITC supports ICT businesses in developing new technologies, as well as stakeholders from other industries in adopting them. It can bring this expertise to the H2020 projects.

Furthermore, to successfully leverage the innovation technologies and support the innovation within the economy, the cluster works on social acceptance (accessibility, consumer convenience, privacy…), networked RFID and future Internet of Things, health and environmental impact, and harmonization issues (interoperability between different systems harmonization of regional standards…).

In addition to that, the CITC is especially interested in the DT ICT 02, due to its expertise in robotics, and because this project can build upon its experience in the on-going H2020 project called COLROBOT in the field of industrial RFID and more precisely contactless sensors in robotics.

Previous experience in RDT projects
CITC-EuraRFID is already involved in several on-going European projects:

  • H2020 project: COLROBOT Project, in link with ENSAM ParisTech (CNRS) in industrial projects (Industrial RFID, contactless sensors in robotics)
  • Interreg 2seas project: ICARES Project to develop a cross boarder cluster specialized on remote sensors on several sectors (agriculture, nature, biodiversity, infrastructure and water management)
  • Interreg 2 seas project: INCASE
  • Interreg France Wallony Flanders project: FACTORY 4.0: Industry of the Future –enhancing factory digitalisation
  • Interreg France Wallonia Flanders: ACT’EMPLOI, in the field of employability and insertion of defavorised workforce.
Completed European projects: Smart Water for Europe – H2020 project

Contact details within the cluster (please, i fpossible put me in copy or let me know of any contacts established for the follow-up).
