• If your paper is not completed, it might be included only your study proposal.
• The abstracts must be included the authors’ names, surnames, affiliations, departments, email addresses and phone numbers.

• You can book a flight from your original destination to Lefkosa (Ercan) Airportin North Cyprus, which is only 20 minutes away from the conference Hotels.

We suggest you to prefer Turkish Airlines, Atlas jet, Pegasus Airlines and Onur Airlines. Because, you do not need any visa to travel North Cyprus. 

We suggest our participants to come to North Cyprus directly over Istanbul. Thus, you do not need to get visa. But if you want to make a stopover in Istanbul for a few days before or after the conference you will need a visa for Turkey which can be easily obtained directly from the immigration office in Istanbul Airport.

ACCOMODATION, TRANSFER, AND TOUR

Cyprus island is in the mediterranean sea. Historical places have amazing beauty. The Conference will be held in Merit Park Hotel Convention Center, Kyrenia, North Cyprus. WEATHER

The autumn is mild and sunny in Cyprus Island. Nearly 300 days of the year is sunny. In Cyprus in day time, the average weather at the middle of the October is high 30°C and low 20°C.
