• The WCETR – 2015 accepted full papers will be published in Elsevier Procedia, Social and Behavioral Sciences (ISSN: 1877-0428) and can be retrieved from ScienceDirect (www.sciencedirect.com) database and also submitted to SCOPUS and Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).
• In addition, distinguished keynote speakers who are internationally renowned in the field will be giving presentations at the conference. You will also have a chance to discuss your works with the editors of the most respected journals.

• The abstracts can be one-page long (150-250 words).
• The abstract includeProblem Statement, Purpose of Study, Methods, Findings and Results, and Conclusions and Recommendations.
• If your paper is not completed, it might be included only your study proposal.
• The abstracts must be included the authors’ names, surnames, affiliations, departments, email addresses and phone numbers.

CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION

• You can participate to the conference with paper or poster presentation, panel and workshop.
• Participants who cannot participate physically should prefer virtual presentation. These participants must uploaded Skype on their computers. For more info:http://www.awer-center.org/wcetr/virtual.htm

• The Pegasus Airlineshas flight to 37 International different countries to Lefkosa (Ercan) Airport. (www.flypgs.com)
• The Atlasjet has flight to 8 International different countries (London, Tehran, Erbil, Pristine, Kuwait, Suleymaniye and etc.) to Lefkosa (Ercan) Airport. (www.atlasjet.com). 
• The Onur Airlines has flight to 8 International different countries to Lefkosa (Ercan) Airport. (www.onurair.com)  
• You can book a flight from your original destination to Lefkosa (Ercan) Airportin North Cyprus, which is only 20 minutes away from the conference Hotels.

We suggest you to prefer Turkish Airlines, Atlas jet, Pegasus Airlines and Onur Airlines. Because, you do not need any visa to travel North Cyprus.  

We suggest our participants to come to North Cyprus directly over Istanbul. Thus, you do not need to get visa. But if you want to make a stopover in Istanbul for a few days before or after the conference you will need a visa for Turkey which can be easily obtained directly from the immigration office in Istanbul Airport.

ACCOMODATION, TRANSFER, AND TOUR

Cyprus island is in the mediterranean sea. Historical places have amazing beauty. The Conference will be held in Merit Park Hotel Convention Center, Kyrenia, North Cyprus. WEATHER

The Spring is mild and sunny in Cyprus island. Nearly 300 days of the year is sunny. In Cyprus in day time, the average weather at the end of the October is high 30°C and low 20°C.
