Dear Beneficiaries,

The call to co-create the 18th edition of the European Week of Regions 
and Cities (12-15 Oct 2020 Square Convention Centre, Bruxelles) is now 
open!

Should you wish to seize this unique opportunity to discuss and design 
EU policies with stakeholders coming from EU regions and cities, 
accession, neighbouring and third countries (9.300 participants in the 
last edition), do not miss the deadline of 27 March to submit an 
on-line application to become partner of the 
#euregionsweek#euregionsweek organised in cooperation with the 
Committee of the Regions.

The enthusiastic replies to the on-line survey received within one 
week following the last edition (over 1.000) have determined the focus 
of the new edition:

Green Europe
Cohesion and Cooperation
Empowering Citizens

Applications for partners are open under the following six formats:

EURegions talk (30 min)
Presentation followed by Q&A (60 min)
Participatory Labs (90 min)
Workshops (90 min)
Exhibitions stands with a slot for exhibitor's pitch in the Agora 
Village at the Square Tasting of local and regional specialties, 
bringing regions' flavours to the Week's Agora Village.

Please, note that by applying to become a partner to the 
EURegionsWeek, one commit to:

minimising the environmental impact of its session, organise paperless 
and plastic-free sessions ensuring gender-balance (workshops and 
participatory labs facilitation in particular) conceiving and 
deploying a communication strategy that will contribute to making the 
overall event a success.
