Survey on the 'Impact of Regulation on Innovation'
Dear Sir, dear Madam,
It is a high priority for the Commission to ensure that the conditions are right for innovation in Europe. The Commission is seeking to improve the regulatory framework and adapt to the pace of change of new technologies and new forms of innovation.
This survey, which I fully support, was initiated by the Evaluation Unit of DG Research and Innovation, and will be managed by external contractors (Ernst & Young/Technopolis Group) on behalf of the European Commission. It will provide stakeholders with the opportunity to give input to the Commission in this important area.
