Autumn Season: time to harvest delicious non wood forest products... and knowledge!
From climate change and how it impacts on forest production to the analysis of the potential and viability of aromatic and medicinal plants in Croatia, here we present you a total of nine events that INCREDIBLE will hold in the coming months over the entire Mediterranean basin.
In addition, next week the project partners will come to Barcelona for our third General Assembly, hosted by the Mediterranean Facility of the European Forest Institute, in whose headquarters (the incredible building Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site), we'll meet to tackle the last year of this singular project.

A day focused on climate change and forest productions, aiming to search for some keys for owners and managers in the central Douro basin.
Enhancement of resin production through tree breeding: Improved Maritime pine families

Truffle plantations have more than a decade history in western European countries, but in Croatia they are still generally unknown. This is an opportunity to gather European and national stakeholders and to present best case studies to Croatian stakeholders.

Croatia has a large amount of these resources that have not been utilized so far to their full potential because the sector is not organised. An Interregional Workshop to focus on this potential.
The INCREDIBLE project aims to show how Non-Wood Forest Products (NWFP) can play an important role in supporting sustainable forest management and rural development, by creating networks to share and exchange knowledge and expertise. ‘Innovation Networks of Cork, Resins and Edibles in the Mediterranean basin’ (INCREDIBLE) promotes cross-sectoral collaboration and innovation to highlight the value and potential of NWFPs in the region.
