Are you managing your H2020 project in accordance with EC’s Project Management Methodology?
19-06-2018

Dear colleague,

Restructures and changes introduced with the latest Working Programme (like the inclusion of the face-to-face interviews to the proposal evaluation system) make essential for everyone involved with H2020 projects such as yourself to understand the EC’s own developed PM² methodology.

PM², which has only recently become openly available to stakeholders outside the EU institutions, is a Project Management Methodology developed by the European Commission to fit the specific needs, culture and constraints of European projects. As such, it becomes essential for everyone involved in European collaborative projects to understand; implement; and be able to demonstrate a thorough grasp of the methodology.

Therefore, we have developed a unique 2 days training on the implementation of the PM² methodology in E.C. funded projects. The updated schedule for the course "MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION OF E.C. FUNDED PROJECTS; THE PM² METHODOLOGY" is as follows:

  • Rome 21-22 June (limited seats available)
  • Athens 16-17 July (limited seats available)
  • Lisbon 19-20 September (just announced)
  • Frankfurt 10-11 October (just announced)

(The July's course in Athens is programmed to coincide with the course "Proposal writing for Research and Innovation projects" for people wishing to attend both trainings at the same week).

Should you wish to participate in any of the announced trainings, reserve your seat at your earliest convenience here or come back to me and I will be happy to prepare your enrolment.

Best regards,

Camille Herbert
