Dear SSH colleagues,

I have received the following information from the Commission regarding the submission of queries to Commission officers on Societal Challenge 6. 

Such queries must now be submitted to NCPs who, if they are unable to answer, can then forward them to a single entry point at the Commission. We are asked to note the following:

• The Commission cannot guarantee to provide an answer in time shortly before a call deadline. Therefore, the deadline for the Commission to receive queries related to the topics closing on 2 February 2017 is set on Thursday 19 January 2017. I will be on a mission abroad that week. Therefore, if you have any queries you would like me to forward, please send them to me by Thursday 12^th January 2017 at the latest.
• I must send, on your behalf, separate emails for different topics.
• Pease indicate clearly the reference to the topic in the subject of your email, for example:  CO-CREATION 1, REV-INEQUAL 9, ENG-GLOBALLY 1, CULT-COOP 4, ACTION 3 or GENERAL QUESTION, etc.
• The single entry point cannot be communicated to clients for any reason. In any case, replies will only be sent to the officially registered NCPs.
• The Commission cannot comment on proposal ideas (‘no pre-proposal checks’)
